Wildflower Day
Saturday, April 1st, 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.
Every year Ulistac Natural Area Restoration & Education Project (UNAREP) hosts a free celebration of nature and the environment at Ulistac Natural Area. They will have plenty of booths lined up for your enjoyment, including organizations like: Wildlife Center of Silicon Valley, Open Space Authority, Our City Forest, Audubon Society and many more. Guest appearances from Smokey Bear and live music from South Bay Folks. The Ulistac volunteers will also be hosting our welcome booth, an arts and crafts booth, face painting, a showcase booth and will be giving free tours. There will be plenty to keep kids and grown-ups entertained. Ulistac Natural Area– 4901 Lick Mill Blvd, Santa Clara.

Wilcox PTSA Fundraising Event
Saturday, April 1st, 10 a.m.- 4 p.m.
Clean out your closets, garages, sheds and storage cabinets. Donate your garage sale leftovers and unwanted treasures. They are collecting your gently used clothing, household items, books, toys, electronics and more, including e-waste: computers, monitors, keyboards, DVD/CD players, cell phones… Funds raised support Wilcox High School Class of 2017 Senior Send-Off so they can have a safe and sober celebration. Wilcox High School Parking Lot–3250 Monroe Street, Santa Clara.

Arabic Day
Saturday, April 1st, 2 p.m.- 4 p.m.
Learn about the Arabic culture with delicious traditional food and fun activities. This program is being hosted by Girl Scout Troop 60053 in partnership with Granada Islamic School (GIS). All ages are welcome. Central Park Library, Redwood Room–2635 Homestead Road, Santa Clara.

Garage Sale Registration is Now Open
The City-Wide Garage Sale is coming up on April 22 and registration is now open. Residents can now register online for individual, multi-family, or block garage sales.
