The Santa Clara Weekly is an adjudicated newspaper of general circulation and can publish legal notices within the County of Santa Clara and its cities. Please select your service and fill out your details and we will handle the rest.

For Fictitious Business Names and Abandonments from the Santa Clara County Clerk Recorders Office: Please attach your stamped Fictitious Business Name Statement that you received from the County. This service includes publishing your Fictitious Business Name in The Santa Clara Weekly for 4 weeks. It will begin publishing in our next available publication. After the 4 publications are complete, we deliver your Proof of Publication to the Clerk Recorder’s Office. Once they review and endorse your Proof of Publication we will mail your Affidavit to your ‘Business Owner’ address. $50 up to five business names or owners listed on same Fictitious Business Name filing. Additional names are $2 each. You will be invoiced for additional names and the transaction will not be complete until the second invoice is paid.

For Name Changes or Probate Notices from the Superior Court: Please attach your documents from the Superior Court. Name changes are published for 4 weeks and Probates publish for 3 weeks in The Santa Clara Weekly. After the publications are complete, we deliver your Proof of Publication to the Superior Court. Once they review and endorse your Proof of Publication we will mail your Affidavit to you.
