Pursuit

An officer was patrolling a parking lot of a local business when a black sports-type motorcycle was observed leaving the parking lot. The officer could not see the motorcycle’s license plate, but was aware of a stolen motorcycle report being taken at the same time. The motorcycle had a similar description, so the officer initiated a traffic enforcement stop at Lafayette and Market Streets.
