Rhonda Manning’s Lillie Mae’s Living Room Bistro located next to the House of Soul Food at 1240 Coleman Ave. recently celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting by the Santa Clara Chamber of Commerce. Named in honor of Manning’s grandmother, the family-run bistro has live music and a full bar. It is an expansion to the House of Soul Food, which recently celebrated its third anniversary.
