Thank you Patty! The slick mailer to all Santa Clara residents is a political piece without question. The original did not even reference a “No” on Measure C. The City then followed with what they called an impartial analysis. So a big pitch for Measure C was balanced by a statement that a “No” vote would leave in place electing council members-at-large by seat number? What happened to the court-approved six districts? I thought the City had to abide by the judge’s ruling.
