In case you haven’t notice, and I’ll bet you haven’t, there are over four dozen motor homes, trailers, campers and vans “parked” on several streets on the Neglected Northside and all are “occupied”. You council members need to take a “sightseeing” tour on Northbound Lafayette, north of Bayshore Freeway, aka US 101, at the number of those motor homes, etc. They are located on Bassett St, Hope Dr. and now on Agnew Rd. And don’t you dare call them “homeless”. They are all being lived in. Don’t bother with excuses either. What is not discussed is the trash that is left behind, either deliberately or when they leave, dumping their trash – deliberately (get the message). The question is – what are you going to do about it? Another bet: Would these four dozen “occupied mobile structures” be tolerated on Saratoga Ave, or Warburton Ave in the Southern part
