I just had the pleasure of going to Santa Clara’s Chamber of Commerce for the first time (sadly, long overdue considering we’ve lived in the City for 40 years). The young lady who attended me, Doria, was a shining example of what I believe to be the spirit of Santa Clara. She was professional and yet pleasantly engaging. Doria’s customer service in addressing the reason for my visit was exemplary.
