Ro Khanna, the candidate that is again running to replace our long time Congressman, Mike Honda, has just sent two mailers that describe him as an “educator who teaches economics at Stanford and law at Santa Clara Law School”.
That’s very impressive but if you check the published list of the faculty at Santa Clara Law School at: http://law.scu.edu/faculty/ there is no mention of him.

The same is true of the lists of Faculty, Emeritus Faculty, and Courtesy Faculty at Stanford: , but, his name can indeed be found in their list of “Lecturers and Visitors”.
If you lectured at your child’s school, perhaps to describe your job to a class, would you then be properly deemed an “educator”?
