Name recognition is something many candidates count on when running for an office. In this case, that person is Chris Stampolis. While the name may be familiar, what most people don’t know is what is behind the name. What legacy has he created that makes his name recognizable? The Stampolis legacy involves chaos, disruption and unethical behavior as was exhibited at the school board candidates’ forum. These are some of the reasons why so many education administrators have taken the position to oppose Chris Stampolis’ candidacy for school board. It has nothing to do with being political but everything to do with protecting our school district, our administrators, employees and most importantly the children who depend on us to look out for their best interests. In the best interests of education in Santa Clara, please vote for DeYoung, Gonzalez and VanPernis for School Board. Thank you.
