Your article regarding the history of the issue of the current housing/real estate and banking/loans in the last couple of decades was written perfectly. Not only did the result effect us here from the government level to Joe average US citizen it threatens now to collapse the European union. This should have never happened and yes Miles why didnt we stay like we were for decades before when folks worked hard to put down the much higher amount of money on a new home. Where will it end? That is one question you and I as well as countless others would like to know as so many are suffering.
