The San Thomas Aquino bike/pedestrian trail, which runs beside Levi’s Stadium, will most likely be closed by the 49ers on event days. This according to Teresa O’ Neill, member of the Santa Clara City Council. Is it right that the public can be denied access to a public facility by a private corporation? Closing the trail on the many event days that are expected would do exactly this. I think that the public is generally ignorant of this issue. Could you please expose this situation so at least the citizens of our community would be aware of it.
