You are absolutely right I do not understand! I do not understand why we have to change our way of voting. If I do not understand there may be other Santa Clara voters that do not either. You are implying that if measure A loses a Judge will chop us up into 7 Little districts? Why the change?
I believe that we should have what is known as an old fashion town meeting. At the meeting the only subject would be Measure A, citizens would be allowed to ask questions and the mediators would be qualified and know the answers. Candidates would not be allowed to solicit their political views. I suggest this should happen before the election in June and coffee would be nice?
