With the kickoff of the Measure A campaign for our schools, I now recall the flood of mailers from the Stadium boosters screaming that the stadium was going to be good for our schools. Now that the State is wiping out Redevelopment Agencies, I wonder if this promised money will ever come to SCUSD. I suspect many Santa Clarans would turn against this massive project if there was no school benefit. As Measure A is reminding us, we should devote our time and energy to SCUSD, not to the 49ers.
