The refusal to release the staff report on security measures by the City of Santa Clara is typical of the paranoia that has afflicted the CIA and other Agencies handling classified materials. This many closed door sessions of the City Council on non-security topics clearly violated the Publics Right to Know. What are they hiding? Next thing you know, it’s so secret, if they tell us they’ll have to kill us.
