“Overwhelming approval of voters”? – 58% isn’t “overwhelming”. My concerns include flawed studies showing sufficient parking by: counting spots that won’t be available when stadium opens; using business lots without use agreements; and eviction from train commuter parking. Low non-NFL event revenues prevent SA from repaying loan, making 49ers buy the loan. The stadium reverts to the 49ers if SA defaults again. Living 1,100 yards from the stadium, Winter Wonderland noise travels from Great America’s parking lot (68,000 fans are louder). Blocked streets present difficulty going to and from our homes. Fans parking in neighborhoods. Neighbors planning to sell/rent their homes if stadium opens, decreasing Home Values. The DDA Referendum provides a chance to vote again, with ALL the information.
