Dr. Kemp’s desperation was evident in the last board meeting held on Tuesday, May 24th in which very few teachers commented. Was this meeting a last minute add by Kemp and her people? Community member, Ana Vargas Smith https://www.linkedin.com/in/anavargassmith/, called in and said that Kemp has “deep commitment to other groups.” The groups Dr. Kemp should have deep commitments with should be SCUSD students and teachers. It is time for a new SCUSD superintendent that works for the students and teachers and not “other groups.” Dr. Kemp, stop the division and resign.
