The Charter Review Committee considered all the details, angles, viewpoints and listened to the Elected City Clerk, the Police Chief and professionals in meetings open to the public. And also, the public had an opportunity to ask questions and comment. A survey was taken of the City’s residents. The result was vote Yes on both positions. That speaks volumes.
