Following is a list of several Halloween-related events.

Friday, Oct. 31
Halloween Costume Parade & Crafts For Ages 0-5
10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
Redwood Room at the Santa Clara Central Park Library, 2635 Homestead Road
Arrive by 10:20 a.m. and proceed the picture book area. Costume Parade through the library at 10:30 a.m., followed by crafts and photo opportunities in the Redwood Room. For more information, call 408-615-2916.

Halloween Movie Day at the Senior Center
12:30 to 3 p.m.
Santa Clara Senior Center – Room 232, 1303 Fremont Street
Free popcorn and pumpkin pie and view a Halloween horror movie. Doors open at 12:30 p.m., movie starts at 12:45 p.m.

Halloween Party at the Youth Activity Center
3 to 6 p.m.
Walter E. Schmidt Youth Activity Center, 2450 Cabrillo Avenue
Admission is Free! The party includes entertainment, treats, pumpkin walk, carnival games, tiny tots play area, cosmo jumps, pumpkin music walk, costume contest and arts & crafts. Pre-school age children through 5th grade are welcome and encouraged to come in costume. The Santa Clara Police Department will be represented at the event. For information, call 408-615-3760.

Halloween Wrestling Bash II – Pro Wrestling Fundraiser
7 p.m. Buchser Middle School, 1111 Bellomy Street
Wrestling For Charity’s “Halloween Wrestling Bash II” event at Buchser Middle School in Santa Clara will benefit Bikers Against Child Abuse (BACA) of Silicon Valley. Halloween costumes are recommended, but are not mandatory. Among the array of colorful and larger-than-life pro wrestling heroes and villains appearing are former WWE Superstar “Vampire Warrior” Gangrel, World-renowned wrestler “M-Dogg 20” Matt Cross (who has wrestled in over 20 countries and was featured on WWE Tough Enough and American Ninja Warrior) and former TnA Impact Wrestling stars Joey Ryan and Candice LeRae (aka “The World’s Cutest Tag Team”). Halloween Haunt at California’s Great America
6 p.m. to midnight
California’s Great America

Saturday, Nov. 1
Snoopy’s Trick or Treat Festival
12 noon to 4 p.m.
California’s Great America
Planet Snoopy is transformed into Planet Spooky where kids 12 & under can show off their costumes as they trick-or-treat along with Snoopy, Charlie Brown, and the rest of the PEANUTS gang. This daytime, non-scare celebration of cheer rather than fear allows children to decorate pumpkins, color Peanuts pictures, walk through a hay maze and dance in a bubble zone. Noon to 4 p.m. Tickets are available at www.cagreatamerica.com.
