The Megatones kicked off the first installment of the City of Santa Clara’s Concerts in the Park Series on June 19. Beginning their set with a cover of Jackson Browne’s “Running on Empty” and following it with Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “I Know a Little,” The Megatones played the songs they liked, including Santana’s “Black Magic Woman” and The Brian Setzer Orchestra’s “Jump Jive An’ Wail” – which got the party swinging and the audience dancing.
