Visitors from across the Bay Area and Santa Clarans donned their best red, white and blue attire and headed to Central Park for a day of family-friendly festivities.
The International Swim Center hosted free swimming that many families took advantage of thanks to the heat. Families also enjoyed face painting and carnival games.
The day ended with a bang — that is, the fantastic and patriotic fireworks display.
