Santa Clara Connects with eNotify

Civic engagement begins when the public becomes informed. With the City of Santa Clara’s eNotify system, being in the loop about community and municipal events is just a few clicks away.

eNotify is the City’s email notification system for residents. Through it you can receive updates on topics ranging from public safety alerts to upcoming library programs. It’s a free, easy and safe way to stay up-to-date regarding the events that affect you.

The City’s eNotify service (www.SantaClaraCA.gov/eNotify) has an entire list of topics to select from. So, you can choose to be contacted about specific items, or opt to receive all of the announcements – whatever pace you’re comfortable with.

Among the entertainment and recreation offerings are the Art and Wine Festival, Concerts in the Park, and computer classes at the library. You can also sign up for alerts from the Police and Fire Departments, for the weekly police blotter, fire station open houses and other public safety events.

And, it’s a great way to get involved in the process of city governance. Notification about the posting of City Council agendas and information about board and commission meetings is available. You can also request to be contacted when there is a board or commission opening if you’re interested in applying to serve.

Join the more than 20,000 informed eNotify subscribers and sign up for the City’s eNotify service. Once you’ve made your selections, you’ll begin to receive notifications from the City in the topic areas you’ve requested. And, you can rest easy. The site is secure and your personal information will not be shared with third parties.

For more information, contact the Santa Clara City Clerk’s Office at 408-615-2220 or clerk@santaclaraca.gov. Sign up for eNotify at SantaClaraCA.gov/eNotify.
