Santa Clara Chamber Is Donation Site for North Bay Fires

Firefighters from across California and neighboring states have worked feverishly to contain over a dozen fires that have resulted in more than 40 deaths and destroyed more than 8,000 structures. The North Bay fires, which started on Sunday, Oct. 8, are some of the most destructive wildfires in California history, raging across parts of four counties.

The Santa Clara Chamber of Commerce is doing its part to support the people impacted by this disaster as a donation site for new clothes and toiletries (deodorant, face wipes, diapers, baby wipes, etc.). The Chamber will collect donations from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays until Nov. 10 at 1850 Warburton Ave., Santa Clara. Our Power Partners, a Chamber Connection Club, will deliver the items to the communities in need.

For more information regarding donations, contact Nick Kaspar at nick.kaspar@santaclara.org.
