SPONSORED

Location: 2200 Block of The Alameda
Officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of The Alameda on the report of a male subject causing a disturbance inside a local restaurant. Upon officer arrival, the subject was partially nude inside the restroom. The subject became catatonic, stared blankly and responded to questions with bizarre responses. The officers noticed he was wearing a scrub style shirt and a hospital wristband. Due to his behavior and concern that he may have recently been released from the hospital, the Santa Clara Fire Department was called to check the subject’s medical condition.

Officers learned the subject had exposed himself and masturbated in front of the female employees. He was arrested and transported to the Santa Clara County Jail.

The suspect vehicle reached 90mph before yielding to the shoulder between the Stevens Creek Boulevard and Highway 280 exits. The officer approached the male driver and male occupant. During the contact, both suspects provided false names. A Records check on the driver revealed multiple outstanding warrants out of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. The passenger’s return yielded multiple counts of searchable probation and he displayed objective symptoms of stimulant use.

An inventory of the vehicle included an unspent shotgun shell near the driver’s door, a counterfeit $20 bill, hypodermic needles and a controlled substance. Both men were arrested and transported to the Santa Clara County Jail.
