Pizza Party, one of Santa Clara’s most beloved pizza parlors, celebrated the grand opening of its new location at 1998 Homestead Road #101 (at Scott) on March 5 with approximately 50 community leaders attending a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Having adapted over the years to accommodate the needs of consumers and serving millions of made-from-scratch pizzas since 1962, Pizza Party has been part of the Santa Clara community for over 50 years.
Many business leaders, including Mayor Jamie Matthews, Council members Debi Davis and Patricia Mahan plus several Clara Chamber of Commerce and Santa Clara Rotary Club members attended the event. In 2012, Pizza Party was honored by the City, with a proclamation naming May 17 Pizza Party Day in the City.
Having always been family owned and operated with dough and sauce made fresh every day, Pizza Party uses only 100 percent California cheese and is proud of their storied history as one of the most family-friendly restaurants in the area. Pizza Party is served in cafeterias in three different school districts.
Adapting to the diverse Bay Area, Pizza Party is one of few local restaurants offering gluten-free and dairy-free pizza featuring Daiya “mozzarella style shreds” as a cheese replacement. In addition to pizza, Pizza Party serves pasta, hot wings, garlic bread, salads and more.
