Over 50 gatherings took place throughout Santa Clara in celebration of National Night Out (NNO). Residents got creative and pulled together large and small gatherings. Residents spent the evening outside among Police and Fire personnel, Santa Clara Unified School District Board Members and City Council Members.
NNO fosters a bond between neighbors as well as connects residents with the people who serve our community. Neighbors who get to know one another and communicate are more likely to look out for each other, notice suspicious persons in the area and are more likely to report suspicious activity.
