Millikin

After making a presentation to the students and parents of Millikin Elementary School during the National Blue Ribbon School Family Picnic, Santa Clara County Superintendent of Schools, Xavier De La Torre, got and gave high-fives to Millikin students, making at least one student smile with excitement.
