I’m sure Heinz Bodeker thinks his factually flawed letter to the Santa Clara Weekly, concerning the salary and performance of the Santa Clara Police Department, was very cute. However; he obviously knows very little about police work and has a bias toward those who are sworn to lay down their lives to protect him, his family and friends.
Note! to Mr. Bodeker: Every individual, whether a sworn police officer or a private citizen, has the right to defend themselves if they fear for their life and can use that amount of force necessary to terminate the threat.
Suggesting that every police officer is a bully who is given some special authority to take a human life is a prime example of biased thinking by someone with very little knowledge on the topic.
We get it! He doesn’t like cops. Maybe in his next letter he can try to justify how he arrived at that mind-set.
