16-year old Angelina Proshak, from Capital Divers, performs a dive off the 1-Meter springboard. Angelina finished in fourth place in the 16 – 18 Girls 1-Meter Junior Olympics; second place in the 16-18 Girls Platform Junior Olympics and eighth place in the 16 – 18 Girls 3 meter Junior Olympics.
The Championship Team Awards Overall went to the Santa Clara Diving Club (440 points) who beat out the Capital Divers (from Rio Linda) and Stanford Diving by 40 and 162 points respectively.
The Championship Team Awards for Women also went to the Santa Clara Diving Club (269 points) over the Capital Divers and the All Valley Divers (from San Ramon) by a margin of 60 and 114 points respectively.
The Championship Team Awards for Men went to the Capital Divers (197 points) who edged out the Santa Clara Diving Club and Stanford Diving by 26 and 42 points respectively.
