Looks like a pretty simple night. We start the evening with a study session to discuss how to encourage the use of heat pumps for water and space heating.
The agenda is pretty light all the way around. The consent calendar mainly has a construction agreement for rehabilitating the irrigation systems at Braly and Ponderosa Park.
Item 2 on the agenda is a discussion of an agreement to lease out 84 parking spots at the Sunnyvale Golf Course for 32 months at market rates, to deal with parking nearby construction. Staff reports that this won’t impact the “ample parking” during the hours in question.
Item 3 is our biennial review of human services funding. We budget $100,000 per year for discretionary human services funding, and this is a regular review of our funding level.
